Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region

The health agency of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region provides a list of post-COVID follow-up and rehabilitation center for the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. It also provides information and contacts for the post-COVID support and coordination units.

These cells have been set up:  

• For patients and their relatives: they provide information on post-COVID symptoms, offer multidisciplinary care and refer patients to a health professional.  
• For health professionals: they inform health personnel and direct them to existing resources.
